Instructions for using The Sidelines
- Track new match. Use "Add match details" to enter fixture info. Choose the teams colours and get familiar with the pitch button layout. Grab a link and QR code to share the match report. You can see simple match-tracking examples in our Landscape tracking video. "Start match timer" at kick off and tap buttons corresponding with play. Start and stop the timer half time and full time. If you make a mistake you can change in-game at the bottom of the screen, or edit it later.
- View and edit match reports. Review individual match reports with options to correct things post-match. Share links with non-users both in play or after the final whistle.
- Coaches insights. Combines your teams match reports to keep track of scorers and assisters, see deeper analytics to explain your form, and pick out trends.
