About The Sidelines

A web app that transforms simple match tracking by spectators into live reports, match analytics and coaching insights for grassroots football teams.

With The Sidelines, you can create clear match reports to share with your team and spectators- including in play - and access detailed analytics to inform coaching decisions.

Step 1 - Track the match

A spectator tracks the match. They'll record game actions and events using a simple button-press interface. Every button press is uploaded as you go.

Step 3 - Coaching analytics

[Coming soon] Captured data can be processed for deeper coaching analysis, such as pass completion, momentum analysis, threat from set pieces, team discipline, shots conversions and more.

Step 2 - View match report

Reports are available in-play and after a match. Grab a link and share it. Goal details, match stats and analytics are updated as you go. Possession, shots, momentum and corner counts are just a few of the insights available
